Wearnes Electronics (M) is a subsidiary of Wearnes Technology Pte. Ltd., a multi national corporation headquartered in Singapore and a wholly owned subsidiary of Wearnes Brother Ltd.

Having its main plant located in Pontian, Johore Malaysia, which is about 87km from Singapore and its two other branches located at Simpang Renggam (Johore) and Kemaman (Terengganu), Wearnes Electronics at present have a production area about 30,000 square metre fully equipped with modern machinery and equipments to become the leading sub-contract assembler of consumer and components product for its customers that include the most advanced and leading European and Japanese manufacturers.
